What Is a Multi Contract Package

It counts as a package tour if your travel agency has asked you to pay a single price through a one-time payment – has allowed you to choose a combination of services – such as a flight and accommodation before you have agreed to pay them.- has charged you an included or total price for all the services you have purchased.- Advertised or sold the travel services as a package or a similar duration. – Sold you a travel service; then transferred your data, including your payment information, to another company, through which you then booked another travel service within 24 hours. (1) We are obliged to select accommodation providers with reasonable knowledge and care, but we are not liable to you for the actual provision of the accommodation, except in cases where it is proved that we have breached our duty and you have suffered damage. Provided that we have selected the provider with reasonable care and expertise, we will not be liable to you for anything that happens in the accommodation or for any act or omission of the provider or others. (2) We are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, deaths, losses (e.B. loss of pleasure), damages, expenses, costs or other sums or claims of any kind arising from any of the following results: the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) concerned or a member of their party; or the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party that is not related to the provision of your booking and that was unforeseeable or unavoidable; unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if due diligence had been exercised; or force majeure (as defined in clause 14 below) In these circumstances, however, we will continue to assist you promptly if you are in difficulty. (3) We assume no responsibility for services that are not part of our contract with you. This includes, for example, any additional services or facilities that your hotel or other provider reserves for you if the services or facilities on our website are not advertised as included in the price of your stay and we have not agreed to arrange them. (4) The commitments we make to you in relation to the services we have agreed to or arranged under our contract and the laws and regulations of the country in which your claim or complaint took place will serve as a basis for deciding whether the services in question have been properly provided. If the respective services that led to the claim or complaint comply with the local laws and regulations that apply to those services at that time, the services will be treated as properly provided. That is also the case if the services did not comply with the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom which would have been applicable if those services had been provided in the United Kingdom.

The exception to this rule is if the complaint or complaint concerns the absence of a safety feature that could cause a reasonable customer to refuse the breach in question. (5) Our liability is limited to a maximum of three times the cost of your booking, except in the event of death, injury or illness. Copies of the contractual terms and conditions of the suppliers of your break can be obtained from us upon request. (6) We will not be liable for any damages, losses, costs, expenses or other amounts of any kind (a) which, on the basis of the information you have provided to us prior to our confirmation of your booking, we could not have foreseen that you would suffer or suffer if we breached our contract with you, or (b) which was not due to a breach of contract or other fault on our part or our employees, or, if we are responsible for it, our suppliers. In addition, we assume no liability for business losses, including loss of profit. (7) You must provide us with all support we reasonably need. You must also inform us and the relevant supplier of your claim or complaint (see clause 6 above). If you make a booking of multiple travel arrangements in such a way that a package is created, we, Kresten Holidays, assume responsibility for it as a “multi-contract package” under the Package Travel and Related Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (see clause 21 below for more information on the circumstances in which we, Kresten Holidays, will act as package operator). Please refer to sections A, B and C for the terms and conditions that apply to your booking. A package tour is a combination of at least two different types of travel services listed below: – Transportation (e.B. flight, bus or train, but no transfers from an airport) – Accommodation (e.B. hotel, villa or apartment) Car rental – A tourist service (e.B.

a tour guide or a trip to a historical landmark), where it is an essential part of the holiday, either because of its value or because it is an essential part of the journey. You can also book accommodation with us as a single-component booking. This is not package travel and, as such, has none of the rights or warranties granted to package travel under the Package Travel and Related Travel Arrangements Regulations, 2018. In the case of individual bookings, we always act as an intermediary on behalf of the accommodation provider/customer. Please refer to sections A and C of the terms and conditions that apply to your booking. We are a data controller with regard to your booking. In order to process your booking and ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, special/dietary needs, etc. We assume full responsibility for ensuring that adequate security measures are in place to protect your information when it is under our control. We need to share the information with the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc. in order to arrange your booking.

If we operate as a package tour operator, you may have booked through a travel agent who may also have their own privacy policy. .
